Jane's Walk is a global festival of free, community-led walking conversations inspired by Jane Jacobs. This annual festival encourages people to discover unseen aspects of their own communities, consider new perspectives, listen to others and use walking as a way to connect with their neighbours.
PlaceMaking Foundation is excited to be collaborating with Studiohood Design with support from ISCL (TBC) and others to bring Jane's Walk to Imphal for the very first time on Sunday May 7, 2023. Imphal will be one of more than 500+ participating cities with Jane's Walks around the world. So wear comfortable shoes, meet your walk leader in the designated meeting spot, and get ready for a lively discussion.
